What is rakeback at poker?
Sunday, November 22nd, 2009I spend a lot of time on the internet and look at many casino and gaming sites, but have never really been interested in playing card games.
But i have a friend of mine who keeps raving about how much fun it is playing poker online, and he wants me to join in and take his money off him!
Well i am always game for a challenge so i have been having a look at a few poker sites, and the one word that keeps popping up is “rakeback”, which is a term i had never heard of before so i decided to do a little investigating.
How to become a happy gambler!
Sunday, November 22nd, 2009I just had to review this site when i saw the name, it’s called Gambling Happy! A happy gambler is one that enjoys what he does and never bets more money than he can afford to lose. If you like the rush and the enjoyment then it is no worse than going down the pub (if you like a drink) or going to the cinema if you are a film buff.
The big difference between those two examples and gambling is that the film buff and the drinker are guaranteed to spend money on their hobby, whereas the gambler always has the chance of finishing the evening with MORE money in his pocket than when he started! That is what i would call a happy gambler!
